Thursday

Lift - legs

Friday
Cycle class
Lift with Tasha - Biceps and triceps

I had two people last week comment on my body and definition suggesting that I enter a competition. Hmmmmm. Competition, Triathalon, or 1/2 marathon. What shall it be? I love having that challenge.
